| 摘 要： | 目的观察心理护理对老年抑郁症的临床疗效。方法将65例老年抑郁症患者随机分成干预组和对照组,2组均在药物治疗的同时予常规护理,干预组联合心理护理,比较2组患者治疗前后的抑郁状态,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表分别于治疗前和治疗后2、4、6、8周进行疗效评定。结果 2组均疗效显著,干预组较对照组起效快,依从性好。结论在以抗抑郁药物治疗老年抑郁症的同时,应注重配合综合心理护理。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of psychological nursing for elderly patients with depression.Methods 65 elderly patients with depression were randomly divided into intervention group and control group.Intervention group was treated with psychological nursing plus conventional nursing,while control group was treated with conventional nursing only.The efficacy of two groups was compared in different time points of before treatment and 2,4,6,8 weeks after treatment respectively by Hamilton Depression Rating scale(HAMD).Results Both of two groups had significant efficacy.The intervention group had fast onset time and better compliance than control group.Conclusions While in the treatment of elderly depression patients with anti-depression drugs,comprehensive psychological nursing should be paid more attention. |
