| 摘 要： | 目的：消除保妇康栓的微生物限度检查法中的抑菌作用。方法：采用薄膜过滤法进行试验,加试验菌回收并且计算回收率。结果：该供试品对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、黑曲霉的回收率均高于70%,采用薄膜过滤法进行检验可满足要求。结论：薄膜过滤法可消除药品中抑菌物质的干扰。

| Abstract: | Objective:To eliminate the bolt-UNIFEM Hong microbial limits test of the antimicrobial effect.Method:To use membrane filtration method to test,test and calculation of recycling and recovery.Results:The test for products of Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Candida albicans,Bacillus subtilis,Aspergillus niger,the recovery rates were 70 percent or more,membrane filtration method can meet the requirement.Conclusion:The film filtration can eliminate drugs in antibacterial material interference. |
