287名撤床患者的家庭病床服务调查

目的 ：了解上海市社区家庭病床服务情况并作出评价。方法 ：选择上海市闸北、虹口等六个区287例家庭病床撤床患者进行问卷调查。结果 ：患者绝大多数有2种以上慢性疾病,以脑卒中、高血压、冠心病、糖尿病为主,偏瘫或卧床不起占57.5%,治疗有效率75.0%;建床时间最长15年21天,最短1天;查床次数最多835次,最少1次;93.7%为医保患者。结论：家庭病床具有医疗、康复的服务模式,对患有慢性疾病,行动不便老年人提供及时、便捷的服务,提高服务质量和扩展服务内容是家庭病床可持续发展的关键。

Survey of the family bed health service for 287 patients discharged from hospitals

Objective： To know about the status of the health service of the family sickbed for the patients who left hospitals and make an evaluation. Methods： The questionnaire surveys were done among 287 family bed patients in six districtsof Zhabei, Hongkou etc. in Shanghai. Results： Most of family bed patients suffered from more than 2 chronic diseases that were mainly stroke, hypertension, coronary heart diseases and diabetes mellitus. In addition, more than half of them had semisideratio or remained in beds. The effective rate of treatment reached 75.0%. 93.7% of them enjoyed health insurance. Conclusion： The health service of family beds has the mode of that content contain medical treatment and rehabilitation. To provide timely convenient and high quality services and extend service contents for the patients with chronic diseases and the disabled elderly people are the sustainable development key for the family bed services.
