某企业外来务工人员艾滋歧视调查

目的 ：了解企业外来务工人员艾滋相关歧视状况,探讨可能对歧视造成的影响因素。方法 ：对嘉定区一家大型企业394名外来务工人员进行面对面问卷调查。结果 ：艾滋病知识知晓率为68.53%,对非传播途径的认识较差,蚊虫叮咬不能传播艾滋病的答对率仅为40.60%。共有255份答卷（64.72%）进入高歧视组,歧视普遍存在。不同艾滋病知识知晓水平人群的艾滋歧视分布有统计学意义（x2=8.374,P=0.004）,艾滋病知识知晓水平高的艾滋歧视低。结论 ：企业外来务工人员艾滋歧视广泛存在,应加强艾滋病知识宣传,减少艾滋歧视。

Survey on the AIDS-related discrimination among migrant workers in enterprises

Objective： To understand the AIDS-related discrimination among migrant workers in enterprises to analyze the related factors. Methods： An anonymous face-to-face investigation was implemented among 394 migrant workers in a large enterprise with self-designed questionnaires in Jiading Districts. Results： The awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge ratewas 68.53%. The awareness rate of the non-transmission routes was poor and the rate of correct answers to that mosquito bites could not spreadAIDS was only 40.60%. Two hundred and fifty-five answers entered into the high discrimination group and there existed discrimination universally. AIDS-related discrimination had a statistic relationship with awareness rate of AIDS related Knowledge（x2=5.184, I=0.023）. Conclusion：AIDS-related discrimination among migrant workers in enterprises exists popularly, and AIDS propaganda should be strengthened to reduce AIDS discrimination.
