| 摘 要： | 目的探讨认知暴露疗法对玉树地震灾区伤员急性应激障碍(ASD)的治疗效果。方法玉树地震灾区伤员ASD病例59例,随机分成心理治疗组30例,常规治疗组29例。心理治疗组给予4个疗程的结构化认知暴露疗法(CET)治疗;常规治疗组给予同期药物治疗。治疗前后疗效评定采用SCL-90、MMPI-PK量表,检验比较两组疗效差异。结果治疗前后所有患者的SCL-90总分(-x±s=157.48±34.29,95.36±23.45)、因子分和MMPI-PK总分均显著降低,心理治疗组较常规治疗组改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论 CET对震后伤员ASD有较好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the efficacy of cognitive exposure therapy（CET） for acute stress disorder（ASD） of the wounded in Yushu earthquake.Methods A total of 59 cases of ASD were divided into two groups randomly,the psychological treatment group was given 4 period＇s CET with the control group given routine drug treatment at the same time.SCL-90,MMIP-PK were used to evalue the clinical effect,and test was chosed to compare the difference of effect.Results For every patients,the total scores and factor scores of SCL-90,MMIP-PK after intervention all lowered significantly.Psychological therapy showed much more efficacy than routine therapy（P0.05）.Conclusion CET is well effective for ASD of the wounded after earthquake. |
