坑道储水环境因素对二氧化氯消毒剂稳定性的影响及现场消毒效果观察

摘    要:
目的探讨坑道储水环境因素对二氧化氯消毒剂稳定性的影响,观察二氧化氯消毒剂对坑道水库储水现场消毒效果,为特殊情况下人员进驻提供安全有效的饮用水卫生保障。方法①观察温度对二氧化氯消毒的影响,在9℃、20℃及37℃下的二氧化氯浓度变化。②观察光照对二氧化氯消毒的影响,在见光和避光条件下的二氧化氯浓度变化。③观察水库现场模拟对二氧化氯消毒的影响。④水库现场应用观察二氧化氯实际消毒效果。结果二氧化氯坑道储水消毒与温度和光照有直接关系,温度越低稳定性越好,避光可使二氧化氯分解明显下降。根据储水量按5 mg/L二氧化氯对储水消毒,消毒后90 d二氧化氯浓度下降至0.01 mg/L,细菌、真菌及大肠菌群均未检出,消毒效果满意。结论 5 mg/L二氧化氯消毒储水,在坑道阴暗低温且避光的环境中90 d消毒效果好,适合坑道储水快速短期消毒。

Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of the environmental factors of the tunnel stored water on stability of ClO2 disinfectant,observe the ClO2 efficiency for the tunnel water disinfection and suggest effective measures to provide safe potable water for personnel assigned under extremal conditions or at wartime.Methods We observed ①the impact of the temperature on ClO2 disinfection,and ClO2 concentration changes at the temperature of 9℃,20℃ or 37℃.②the impact of light on ClO2 disinfection and ClO2 concentration changes under light and dark conditions.③the impact of the analogous reservoir field on ClO2 disinfection,and ④the actual efficiency of the ClO2 disinfection through the field application of reservoir.Results The tunnel stored water disinfected by ClO2 was directly related to temperature and light.The lower the temperature,the better the stability.ClO2 disintegration significantly diminished in the dark.When the stored water was disinfected in a dosage of 5 mg/L ClO2,ClO2 dropped to 0.01 mg/L after 90 days.The bacteria,fungi and coli groups in the water could not be detected.Conclusion The efficiency of 5 mg/L ClO2 after 90 days for the tunnel stored water is good in a low-temperature and dark environment.
