医生应该不断学习，不断累积，不断思考，充实自己，提高自己的业务水平，才能解决困难。有了足够的知识，还要在别人研究的基础上多思考，科学想象，才能进行医学创新。在学习中，要触类旁通，拓宽自身知识面，不能只限于常见病，多学习和掌握其他的疾病、甚至其他专业的内容，才能提高自己的医术。在具体的行医实践中，医生应当以爱心为基础，关爱病人，正确对待医患关系，淡泊名利，注重医德修养，踏实工作。
