| 摘 要： | 目的分析静脉用药调配服务的意义。方法介绍医院静脉用药调配中心的基本情况及工作流程,探讨静脉用药调配中心在临床中的应用。结果静脉用药调配中心运行1年来,未发生一例输液反应,有效地降低了医院获得性感染的发生率,增强了职业防护,减少了药品浪费,提高了护理质量,促进了临床合理用药。结论静脉用药调配中心运行的建立,将有效提高药物治疗的安全性、有效性、合理性,是现代医院药学服务的重要内容,对提高医疗质量及管理水平具有积极的意义。
