| 摘 要： | 目的了解药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点和规律,促进临床合理用药。方法对医院2008年收集整理的532例ADR报告进行回顾性分析,结合Excel电子表格和手工筛选,按患者性别、年龄、药品种类、给药途径、不良反应临床表现进行统计分析。结果由抗菌药物导致的ADR最多,共216例,占总数的40.60%;以静脉滴注方式引起的ADR 427例,占80.26%。ADR临床表现以皮肤及其附件损害最常见,共196例,占总例数的36.84%。结论临床应重视ADR报告和监测工作,尤其应注意老年人用药过程的观察,并合理使用抗菌药物,避免或减少ADR发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the characteristics and law of adverse drug reactions(ADRs) occurrence for promoting rational drug use in clinic.Methods 532 cases reported and collected in our hospital in 2008 were retrospectively analyzed.Combining with Excel spreadsheets and manual screening,the statistical analysis was performed on gender,age,drug type,route of administration,adverse reactions and clinical manifestations.Results Most of ADRs were induced by antibiotics,accounting for 40.79%(216 cases).427 cases ... |
