偏正颗粒的提取工艺优选及其急性毒性试验

摘    要:
目的优选偏正颗粒的提取工艺并考察其醇沉工艺,观察偏正颗粒的急性毒性反应。方法以欧前胡素含量为指标,采用正交试验法优选偏正颗粒的提取工艺;通过对小鼠灌胃给药,观察偏正颗粒对小鼠的毒性反应。结果优化的提取工艺为加6倍量水,浸泡1 h,煎煮2次,每次1 h,并选用50%的乙醇沉淀;将因偏正颗粒的毒性反应出现死亡的动物解剖,未见明显病理改变。结论优选的工艺合理、可行。偏正颗粒在规定剂量下使用安全。

Objective To optimize the extraction process and condition of Pianzheng Granules and to investigate the alcohol precipitation technology and the acute toxic reactions of Pianzheng Granules.Methods The extracting technology for Pianzheng Granules was optimized by orthogonal design with the imperatorin content as index.Mice were given the drug by gavage and their acute toxic reactions were observed.Results The optimum extraction conditions were adding 6 times amount of water,soaking for 1 h and decocting twic...
