| 摘 要： | 目的:建立参松养心胶囊中的五味子酯甲含量测定方法,为该制剂质量标准提供依据.方法:采用Agilent ZORBAXSB-C<,18>柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(53:47);流速:1.0 mL·min<'-1>;柱温:室温;检测波长:254 nm.结果:五味子酯甲在3.0～300.0μg·mL<'-1>范围内呈良好线性关系r=0.999 9;平均回收率为100.24%,RSD=1.21%(n=6).结论:本法简便快速,灵敏度高,重复性好,可作为参松养心胶囊的质量控制方法. |

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish an HPLC method for determining the content of Wuweizi ester A in Shensongyangxin capsule,and provide the basis for its quality control.Methods：The determination was performed on Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water（53：47） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm at room temperature.Results：The linear range of Wuweizi ester A was 3.0-300.0 μg·mL-1（r=0.999 9）.The average recovery was 100.24% and RSD was 1.21%（n=6）.Conclusion：The established method is simple,accurate,reproducible and suitable for the quality control of Shensongyangxin capsule. |
