| 摘 要： | “人文医学”是现代医学发展的趋势，重视医师人文素质的提高是形成人文医学的重要举措。在医疗队伍中，专科医师作为年轻、富有朝气的医学人才群体，必将成长为医疗行业的中坚力量。随着专科医师队伍的不断扩大，有效地培养、优化这个群体的医学人文素质，形成良好的医疗环境，是研究者日益关注的问题。以继续医学教育为基础，逐步实现专科医师医学人文素质的优化不仅是实现专科医师全面发展的需要，同时也是医院未来快速发展的关键举措之一。 |
