正交试验优选蜜炙远志的微波干燥工艺

摘    要:目的优选微波干燥法蜜炙远志的炮制工艺。方法以远志总皂苷含量为指标,采用正交试验法对微波干燥法蜜炙远志的炮制工艺进行优选。结果加蜜量、微波火力对试验结果有显著影响,加热时间则无显著影响;最佳炮制工艺为加蜜量25%、微波火力80、加热时间4 min。结论优选得到的工艺参数具有实际应用意义。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the microwave processing technology of polygala with honey.Methods With total onjisaponins of polygala as index,the orthogonal design L9(34) was adopted to optimize the processing technology of polygala.Results The adding honey amount and microwave power had obvious effects on the experimental results,but heating time had no remarkable effects.The optimal processing condition of polygala with honey was adding 25%amount of honey,the microwave power level of 80 and the heating time of 4 ...
