摘    要:目的 研究枸杞多糖对大鼠实验性胃溃疡的防治作用.方法 分别选取30只和50只SD大鼠建立水应激型和无水乙醇型胃溃疡模型,采用枸杞多糖对抗大鼠实验性胃溃疡,随机分为枸杞多糖大剂量组(LBP I组)、枸杞多糖中剂量组(LBP Ⅱ组)、枸杞多糖小剂量组(LBP Ⅲ组),通过计算抑制溃疡面积对其抗溃疡作用进行分析,结果枸杞多糖大剂量组能显著抑制水应激型大鼠胃溃疡,枸杞多糖大剂量组和中剂量组能显著抑制无水乙醇型大鼠胃溃疡.结论 枸杞多糖对大鼠实验性胃溃疡具有防治作用.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the protective effects of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide(LBP) on experimental gastric ulcer in rats.Methods Water immersion and restraint stress(WRS) and absolute alcohol were used to induce gastric injury for establishing the experimental model of acute gastric ulcer in 30 and 50 rats respectively,which were randomly divided into high dose group(LBPⅠ),middle dose group(LBPⅡ) and low dose group(LBPⅢ) by adopting LBP.The anti-ulcer effects were analyzed by measuring the inhibiting ulcer area.Results The high dose of LBP could significantly inhibit rat gastric ulcer induced by WRS.The high and middle doses of LBP could apparently inhibit rat gastric ulcer induced by absolute alcohol.Conclusion LBP has remarkable protective effects on WRS and absolute alcohol induced gastric ulcer in rat.
