| 摘 要： | 目的:建立一种简便、快速、准确的检测甲胎蛋白(AFP)的方法。方法：采用单克隆抗体胶体金标记技术，运用双抗体夹心法免疫层析原理，建立全血快速AFP胶体金层析法。结果：与ELISA法进行对比，AFP全血试纸条的阳性符合率98．31％，阴性符合率96．46％，总符合率97．09％。结论：AFP全血试纸条具有快速简便，结果易判，无需仪器设备，末梢全血可即采即测等优点，能满足急诊检验的需要，尤其为大面积的体检普查，广大基层门诊推广提供了便利条件。

| Abstract: | Aim: To study the rapid gold immunochromatography assay for blood AFP detection.Methods: The anti-AFP monoclonal antibody was used.The marker was used by labelling colloidal gold.The standard sample,unknown sample were tested with strips and ELISA.Results: Comparison to the method of ELISA, strips method to detect AFP had 98.31% of positive conform rate,96.46% of negtive conform rate, and 97.09% of whole conform rate.Conclusion: The method is simple,rapid,and fit for emergency and rapid screening on physical examination. |
