重型颅脑复合伤合并休克的抢救及护理

目的探讨重型颅脑复合伤合并休克的抢救及护理要点。方法通过对88例重型颅脑复合伤合并休克患者的急救护理进行回顾性分析,密切观察意识、瞳孔及动态监测生命体征、心电图、血氧饱和度、中心静脉压变化等;及时补充血容量、电解质,针对不同程度的脑损伤和不同部位的合并伤进行抢救和护理,早期介入康复护理。结果88例患者中,经手术治疗74例,非手术治疗14例,治愈68例,致残14例,死亡6例。结论对重型颅脑复合伤的观察,除观察头部情况外,还应注意评估身体其它部位的伤情,及时止血控制休克是提高治愈率的关键,做好各期康复护理,对减少并发症的发生、促进患者康复,提高患者生命质量有重要的意义。

Rescue and Nursing of severe craniocerebral injury patients with shock

Objective To explore the rescue and nursing point of severe craniocerebral injury patients with shock.Methods Review and analyse 88 cases of severe craniocerebral injury patients with shock.Through observeing consciousness,pupil,life sign,cardiogram,SPO,central venous pressure changes ect.,supply blood-volume and electrolyte in time.Rescue and nursing separate with different dgrees of severe craniocerebral injury and associated injury of differnet parts,and early Intervention of rehabilitation nursing.Results Total 88 cases,there are 74 cased with surgical therapy,14 cases with non-surgical therapy,cure 68 cases,Mutilation 14 cases,deadth 6 cases.Conclusion To be observed of severe craniocerebral injury patients,not only need to be observed the craniocerebral but also the other injury in other parts of the body,hemostasia in time in order to avoid shock is the most importance in increasing the cure rate.Do well in rehabilitation and nursing during every periods,and reduce complication,expedite patients' getting well,these are very important in increasing the quality of life for patients.
