| 摘 要： | 目的评价麻疹疫苗强化免疫活动后的效果。方法对江苏省连云港市赣榆县2006年麻疹疫苗强化免疫活动和强化免疫前后同期麻疹疫情进行统计学分析。结果赣榆县2006年麻疹疫苗强化免疫接种率96.55%;流行病学效果分析表明,强化免疫前1年麻疹发病专率为4.83/10万,免疫后1年麻疹发病专率为0.55/10万,下降率88.61%,差异有统计学意义（I/Isup2/sup=12.70, IP/I＜0.05）。结论控制和消除麻疹疫情,首先确保麻疹疫苗的高接种成功率,其次加强对流动儿童麻疹免疫接种和管理,再次是加大对麻疹疫情监测工作力度,提高实验室诊断率。
