Effect of dezocine on the survival rate of severed fingers and VAS score in patients after replantation of severed fingers

Objective To investigate the effect of dezocine on the survival rate of severed fingers and VAS score in patients after replantation of severed fingers.Methods A total of 100 patients with replantation of severed fingers admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with droperidol and tropisetron,and the observation group was treated with dezocine and tropisetron.The analgesic effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 3 months after operation,the survival rate of replantation of severed fingers in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);at 12 hours after operation,the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Six months after operation,the excellent and good rate of replantation function of severed fingers in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dezocine has a good analgesic effect after replantation of severed fingers,it can effectively reduce the postoperative pain of patients and improve the survival rate of replantation of severed fingers,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
