摘    要:构建科学的人才培养方案是保证专业人才培养质量的必要条件。从确定培养目标、改革课程体系、优化师资队伍和改进人才培养模式四个方面,对如何以"人工智能"为导向,制定具有医药行业特色的信管专业人才培养方案进行了系统研究。以中国药科大学信管专业为例,提出一套系统、完整、可实施性的人才培养方案。对人工智能时代兴办具有行业特色的信管专业具有一定借鉴价值。

Abstract:It is necessary to construct a scientific personnel training program to guarantee the quality of the graduates.From four aspects:the determination of personnel training objective,revolution of curriculum system,optimization of teacher team,and improvement of personnel training models,this paper has studied systematically on the personnel training program for the information management and information system major with industry characteristics oriented by"Artificial Intelligence"technologies.Taking the information management and information system major in China Pharmaceutical University as an example,a systematic,complete and practicable personnel training program is designed.This program has been deliberated and approved by the Discipline Construction Committee of China Pharmaceutical University and been put into the experiment.In the era of artificial intelligence,this paper affords reference value for developing the information management and information system major with industry characteristics.
