口腔健康教育对牙周炎患者种植体周围粘膜炎的干预效果

目的比较口腔健康教育对牙周炎患者和牙周健康者的种植体周围粘膜炎的干预效果。方法对50例牙周炎患者、50例牙周健康者共100例种植义齿患者进行口腔健康教育,临床随访1年,计算种植体周围粘膜炎的发生率并进行比较。结果两组的种植体周围粘膜炎发生率分别为15.00%和12.50%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.105,P>0.05)。结论系统口腔健康教育对于牙周炎患者预防种植体周围粘膜炎起着重要的作用。

Effects of oral healthy education on Peri-implant mucositis in patients with Periodontitis

Objective To compare the effects of oral healthy education on preventing against peri-implant mucositis between the patients with periodontitis(PP) and periodontally healthy patients(PHP). Methods A one-year oral healthy education and observation were operated on two groups of patients,each group including 50 patients and the incidence rate of peri-implant mucositis were compared. Results The incidence rate of peri-implant mucositis was 15.00% for PP and 12.50% for PHP,and there were not significant difference between the two groups(χ~2=0.105,P>0.05). Conclusions Oral healthy education could play an important role in preventing against peri-implant mucositis in the patients with periodontitis.
