龙血竭胶囊治疗老年患者压疮的效果观察

摘    要:目的探讨龙血竭胶囊治疗老年患者压疮的效果。方法将36例(56处)老年并发压疮患者随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组18例(30处),予适量龙血竭粉与黄酒调为糊状,均匀外敷创面;对照组26(处),予以氟哌酸粉外敷。结果观察组换药次数较对照组明显减少、愈合时间缩短,有效率观察组为98.2%,对照组为82.6%,两组比较有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论龙血竭胶囊治疗老年患者压疮起效快,安全有效,且价格低廉,使用方便。

Abstract:Objects To explore the resina draconis therapeutics effective in gerontal patients with the pressed sore. Methods 36 patients were divided into the two groups, the therapeutic group with 36 patients amounted up to 56 parts of pressed sore and the controlled one with 18 patients totaled 56 parts of pressed sore. Blended the resina draconis powder with yellow rice wine into pasty and spread it onto the raw surface even in the patients of therapeutic group, norfloxacin powder in the patients of controlled group, then observed the effective in two groups. Results Times of chang dressings were obviously decreased, the healing time shortened. The effective rate in the therapeutic group was 98.2%, the effective rate in controlled one 82. 6%. Significance variability existed in two groups, P〈0.05. Conclusions To use the resina draconis capsule is secure and utility, applied with ease. It works fairly to administrated the resina draconis capsule in gerontal patients with the pressed sore.
