2562名中学生艾滋病相关知信行调查

目的了解广州市中学生艾滋病相关知识、信念、行为情况,为学校调整课程设置,开展相关教育提供依据。方法以广州市3所中学学生为研究对象,采用自行设计的调查问卷,进行对艾滋病及相关知识、态度、行为的基线调查。结果中学生对艾滋病相关知识的回答正确率初三和高三较高;初二和初三、高二和高三中学生艾滋病知识评分有统计学差异(P<0.01);对蚊虫叮咬是否会传播艾滋病、女性是否比男性更容易感染艾滋病这类易引起错觉的问题,回答正确率比较低。对艾滋病患者的态度69.1%表示愿给予支持、鼓励和生活上的照顾。有1.9%的学生曾有吸毒品或软性毒品的行为,有4.9%的学生曾经有过性行为,有2.6%经常与不同的异性发生性行为,11名学生有流产史。43.4%的学生是从影视节目、网站、刊物获得关于艾滋病的知识,50.6%的学生希望能从学校课程及书籍获得艾滋病/性病和安全性行为的相关知识。结论在中学阶段开展艾滋病健康教育取得了一定的成效,但部分知识知晓率和相关态度正确率还较低,对一定比例的易引起艾滋病传播的高危行为,应采取相应的干预措施。

Knowledge, attitudes and practice related AIDS among 2562 secondary students

Objective To understand the situation of health education on AIDS among secondary students in Guangzhou City,and provide basis for curriculum adjustment and introduction.Methods 1300 students from three middle schools were collected.And an investigation on the basis line of their knowledge and attitude about STD/AIDS was conducted with the questionnaires designed by ourselves.Results The correct answer rate about HIV/AIDS was higher among the senior high school students than that among the junior high school students.Students get low scores in some questions which led to misunderstanding easily,such as whether AIDS spread by mosquito's sting, whether female infected with AIDS more easily than male.Among students, 1.9% used to absorb the drug and ointment,4.9% had ever sexual behavior and 2.6% usually had sexual behavior with different opposite sex.11 junior high school students had the history of abortion.69.1% of students would like to support,encourage and look after AIDS patients.43.4% of the high school students acquired the knowledge about AIDS through movie or TV programs,internet and publication.50.6% hope to acquire the knowledge about AIDS,sexually transmitted disease and sexual behavior from school courses and books.Conclusion The AIDS health education have done his work in the middle school,but there are still a few problems need to be resolved.
