| 摘 要： | 脊髓损伤(Spinal cord injury,SCI)是严重危害人类健康的疾病,尤其是继发性的损伤导致的神经功能障碍给人们的生活带来了严重的影响。对SCI的治疗方法虽很多,但治疗效果并不十分理想。近年来药物治疗脊髓继发性损伤成为研究的重点,如何针对脊髓损伤后的继发性损伤的复杂机制进行有效的防治成为治疗脊髓损伤的关键。本文就近年来国内外药物治疗脊髓损伤的研究的最新进展作一综述。 |

| Abstract: | Spinal cord injury(SCI) is a disease that hazard to human health seriously,especially the secondary injury result in neurological disorder and placing significant burdens on lift.Till now,there are many therapeutic strategies for SCI,but the treatment outcome is not perfect.Recently,medication for the secondary injury have become the emphases of study,and the key of the treatment is how to effective prevention in the spinal cord injury according to the complex mechanisms of the secondary injury after SCI.In this paper,we reviewed the latest developments in drug treatment for SCI. |
