心肌致密化不全46例临床分析

目的 探讨心肌致密化不全（noncompaction of ventricular myocardium,NVM）的临床与发病现状,提高诊断意识和治疗水平。方法 NVM46例,回顾性分析患者超声心动图、心电图、胸部X线片,部分患者CT、磁共振和心肌显像资料。结果 NVM可发生于任何年龄,男性多见;以心力衰竭、心律失常和血栓形成为临床特征;超声心动图在该病诊断中具有重要价值。结论 NVM临床症状缺乏特异性,预后并非极差,早期诊断治疗、分级预防可改善预后。

Clinical manifestations of 46 patients with noncompaction of ventricular myocardium

Objectives To explore the status of clinic and morbidity in noncompaction of ventricular myocardium （NVM） and to improve the clinical recognition and the treatment on NVM. Methods A retrospective analysis was made by reviewing the data of echocardiogram, electrocardiogram, chest X-ray of all 46 patients, and CT, MRI, myocardial imaging of part. Results NVM could take place in any age, the morbidity of male was higher; heart failure, arrhythmia and thrombosis were the chief clinical feature; echocardiogram played an important role in the diagnosis. Conclusions The nosogenesis of NVM is not clear, clinical symptoms have no specificness , but it＇s prognosis is not very poor; A better prognosis depends on early diagnosis with risk stratification and proper management.
