临床护理路径在老年白内障手术患者中的应用效果

目的 探究临床护理路径在老年白内障手术患者中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2022年1月-12月收 治的96例老年白内障患者为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组48例。对照组采用常 规护理模式，观察组采用临床护理路径模式，比较两组临床指标、疾病健康知识掌握程度及护理满意度。 结果 观察组术后视力、住院天数、住院费用均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组疾病 健康知识总掌握度为83.33%，高于对照组的62.50%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组护理总满意度 为89.58%，高于对照组的68.75%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 临床护理路径在老年白内障手术患 者中的应用效果良好，可提高患者对疾病健康知识的掌握程度，改善其依从性，有利于提高视力，促进患 者快速康复出院，同时减轻了其经济负担，且护理满意度较高，值得临床应用。

Application Effect of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Elderly Patients with Cataract Surgery

Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in elderly patients with cataract surgery. Methods A total of 96 elderly patients with cataract admitted to our hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.
