血清25羟维生素D3浓度和儿童哮喘严重程度的相关性研究

目的观察血清25羟维生素D3浓度和哮喘严重程度的相关性,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法选取本院2012-01-2014-01间收治的300例哮喘患儿为观察组,选择同期入院体检的健康儿童300例为对照组,采用酶联免疫法检测血清25羟维生素D3浓度,分析其水平与哮喘之间相关性。结果观察组哮喘患儿血清25羟维生素D3浓度为（47.9±19.6）nmol/L,明显低于对照组正常人群的（103.5±21.4）nmol/L,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义;观察组哮喘一级（轻度间歇）、二级（轻度持续）、三级（中度持续）、四级（重度持续）组血清25羟维生素D3浓度水平分别为（62.3±22.4）nmol/L、（46.1±25.7）nmol/L、（29.3±19.3）nmol/L、（18.6±11.4）nmol/L,均P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论血清25羟维生素D3浓度和儿童哮喘严重程度呈负相关关系,可以用来作为临床治疗哮喘的疗效评价指标。

Study on the Relationship Between Serum 25 Hydroxy Vitamin D3 Concentration and the Severity of Asthma

Objective To investigate the relationship between serum 25 hydroxy Vitamin D3 concentration and the severity of asthma and provide the reference for the clinical treatment. Methods Selecting 300 patients with Asthma treated in the hospital from January, 2012 to January, 2014 as the observation group, then selecting 300 cases healthy persons in the same period as the control group, using enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay for the detection of serum 25 hydroxy Vitamin D3 concentration and analyzing correlation between the level and asthma. Results The level of serum 25 hydroxy Vitamin D3 concentration of asthma patients was （47.9 ± 19.6） nmol/L in the observation group and was significantly lower than the control group of normal population＇s （ 103.5 ± 21.4 ） nmol/L, P 〈 0.05, with statistical significance; the observation group with mild, moderate, severe asthma, severe serum 25 hydroxy Vitamin D3 concentration levels were （62.3 ±22.4）, （46.1 ±25.7）, （29.3 ±19.3） and （18.6±11.4）, P 〈0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion There was negative correlation between the adult serum 25 hydroxy Vitamin D3 concentration and the severity of asthma, so it can be used as indicators of efficacy evaluation of clinical treatment of asthma.
