100例神经外科患者围手术期抗菌药物使用情况调查分析

目的：了解我院神经外科围手术期抗菌药物使用现状，为促进临床合理用药提供参考。方法：采用回顾性调查方法，随机抽取我院2012年5月1日-2013年4月30日100例神经外科出院患者手术病历，对抗菌药物使用情况进行统计分析。结果：100例神经外科手术患者抗菌药物预防性使用率为95.00%，选药合理占95.79%，术前给药时机合理占87.37%，总预防用药时间≤24 h占15.79%，万古霉素用法用量合理占54.55%。结论：我院神经外科围手术期抗菌药物的使用基本合理，但仍存在一些不合理现象，应进一步加强监督和管理。

Analysis of perioperative use of antibacterials in 100 cases of neurosurgery

Objective： To investigate the perioperative use of antibacterials in neurosurgery, in order to provide reference for clinical practice. Methods：A total of 100 cases of neurosurgery outpatients were randomly extracted from May 1, 2012 to April 30, 2013, and the utilization of the antibacterials was analyzed by retrospective method. Results：The prophylactic utilization rate of antibacterials was 95.00%in 100 cases. The cases with reasonable use of antibiotics accounted for 95.79%. The qualiifed rate of the medication time before operation was 87.37%and the cases with duration of antibiotic prophylaxis within 24 hours occupied 15.79%. The rational utilization rate of vancomycin was 54.55%. Conclusion： The perioperative use of antibacterials in neurosurgery of our hospital was basically reasonable, while there were still some unreasonable applications that should be further supervised and managed.
