| 摘 要： | 目的：改变基于手工统计的特殊患者药费核算模式。方法：利用病案首页中主要诊断的ICD-10编码对特殊患者进行筛选,使用Java设计开发基于＂军卫一号＂数据库的特殊患者药费核算系统。结果：特殊患者筛选、住院费用分解以及药费核算完全通过系统自动完成。结论：该系统能够减少核算过程中临床科室和机关工作人员的工作量,提高数据统计的准确性。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To change the manual drug costs accounting model for special patients.Methods Special patients were filtered by making use of primary diagnosis' ICD-10 code in the first page of Electronic Medical Record(EMR),and a drug costs accounting system for special patients was designed and developed based on No.1 Military Medical Project using Java.Results Filtering special patients,decomposing hospital expenses and accounting drug costs could be done automatically by using this system.Conclusion This syst... |
