| 摘 要： | 目的：对医用直线加速器使用中一些容易忽视的潜在危害进行系统总结,为医务人员在加速器操作中提供参考。方法：总结多年在加速器工作中的经验教训及参考技术资料。结果：介绍了有害气体液体、有害灰尘颗粒以及其他隐性的危害,并针对各种危害提出了相应的防护方法。结论：加速器工作人员面临很多潜在危害,工作人员需提高警惕,加强防护。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the potential damages in operation of medical linear accelerator for reference.Methods Experience,lessons and references on medical linear accelerator were introduced.Results The damages,such as harmful gas,liquid and dust,and their protective measures were put forward.Conclusion The personnel has to pay attention the damages and protection. |
