磷化铝、溴敌隆毒饵对达乌尔黄鼠杀灭效果观察

目的观察磷化铝、溴敌隆毒饵对达乌尔黄鼠的杀灭效果,并对磷化铝、溴敌隆毒饵的灭鼠效果进行对比。方法堵洞查盗法。试验前,先对试验区内的所有鼠洞进行堵洞,第2天计算有效洞,按有效洞进行投药,并在样方与样方之间、样方周围同时设保护带。结果磷化铝每月的杀灭效果均较好,校正灭效率均〉90%;0.005%溴敌隆毒饵在5、6月杀灭效果较好,校正灭效率〉90%,7-9月效果一般,校正灭效率〈75%。结论在达乌尔黄鼠活动季节用磷化铝进行灭鼠均能起到很好的效果,而0.005%溴敌隆毒饵只在5-6月灭鼠效果好。

Observation of the killing effect of aluminium phosphide and bromadiolone on Spermophilus dauricus
