铜陵市学龄前儿童孤独症行为的现况研究

目的：研究城市学龄前儿童孤独症行为的现况。方法：采用整群抽样方法，对铜陵市区3559名3－5岁儿童进行横断面研究，用克氏孤独症行为量表和儿童及父母有关情况调查问卷进行调查。结果：儿童孤独症行为检出率为11．8％，男女性分别为13．5％和9．9％； 胎龄、出生月份、新生儿期住院天数及不同父母文化程度不同的儿童孤独症行为检出率间具有显著性意义（P＜0．05）。结论：城市学龄前儿童中存在孤独症行为问题；儿童孤独症行为与父母文化程度及儿童性别、出生季节、早产、过期产、新生期住院等自身情况有关。

A cross-sectional study on autism behavior of preschool children in Tongling

Objectives To study the present situation of autism behavior of preschool children in city. Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted with 3559 preschool children aged from 3 to 5 years old in 21 kindergartens selected from 35 by mass random sampling. Data were collected through individual interviews using Clancy Autism Behavior Scale and a children and parents health information questionnaire. Results There were 2061 boys and 1498 girls who belong to our investigated objects, whose autism behavior detected rates were 13.5% and 9.9%, respectively, while the total detected rate was 11.8%. The interrelationships between childhood autism behavior and sex, gestation age, months in which infant born, hospitalization days, education background of parents were obvious. Conclusions There was autism behavior among preschool children in the city. Childhood autism behavior had relations with sex, educational background of parents and some personal factors such as gestation age, month in which infant born and hospitalization days.
