加权TOPSIS法在医院综合评价中的应用

目的用加权TOPSIS法对医院工作质量作出客观准确的评价，为医院管理部门制订决策提供依据。方法应用加权TOPSIS法从医疗工作量、医疗质量、医疗效率3个方面对医院1995--2004年工作质量进行综合评价和分析。结果评价结果与医院的实际情况相符，即2004年最佳，1995年最差。结论TOPSIS法具有计算简便、结果合理、应用灵活的特点，适宜在不同级别、不同层次的医院推广应用。

Application of weighted TOPSIS in comprehensive evaluation of hospital

Objective To make an objective and accurate evaluation of the quality of medical service with weighted TOPSIS and to provide a basis for the managerial department of the hospital to make policies. Methods We make a comprehensive evaluation and analysis on medical service of hospital from 1995 to 2004 with weighted TOPSIS in three aspects: the quantity, the quality and the efficiency of the medical service.Results What we have drawn out tally with the real situation of the hospital, namely, the year of 2004 is the best, and the 1995 is the worst. Conclusion TOPSIS is an easily-calculated, flexibly-used and result-reasonable method in evaluation. It is suitable for different degrees of hospitals to apply with.
