| 摘 要： | 检索近50年来国内外有关霍山石斛的研究文献,并进行整理、分析、归纳.对霍山石斛的药用资源、活性及其成分的研究进展作一综述,为霍山石斛资源的可持续开发利用提供参考.霍山石斛多糖具有显著的提高机体免疫和抗白内障活性,但其野生资源濒危,人工抚育尚不成熟,药理活性的物质基础尚不清楚.如何实现霍山石斛资源的可持续发展,并阐明霍山石斛药理活性的物质基础应是今后研究的重点.

| Abstract: | In this paper,researches on Dendrobium huoshanense at home and abroad were summarized during the latest 50 years.The tissue culture of Dendrobium huoshanense,artificial upbringing,pharmacological effects and biological active ingredients are focused on.The polysaccharides from Dendrobium hushanense can enhance general body immuniy and cure cataract.However,deterioration of its natural habits and excessive collection for growing medicinal demands has resulted in a serious danger of extrinction.How to achieve... |
