北京市海淀区17356例4月～6岁儿童的屈光筛查情况分析

目的了解北京市海淀区儿童的屈光状况,为防治屈光不正提供依据。方法应用Suresight手持自动验光仪对17356名4月～6岁儿童（34712只眼）进行屈光检查。结果儿童群体屈光筛查异常率为21.22%。随年龄增长,屈光异常率逐渐下降,3岁时明显下降,4～5岁时又有上升趋势。屈光不正中散光占多数,为19.16%,但随年龄增长呈下降趋势。从各年龄组球镜、柱镜均数可看出随着儿童年龄增长其屈光值逐渐减低。统计得到了各年龄组球柱镜的参考值范围。结论了解儿童各年龄屈光状况非常必要,可以发现潜在问题,预测发展趋势,为早期干预提供依据。

Analysis the refraction of 4 months to 6 years old children in Beijing Haidian

Objective To investigate the current situation of the children＇s refraction in Beijing Haidian,to provide information for the prevention and treatment of the ametropia.Methods 17356 children （34712 eyes） aged from 4 months to 6 years old were examined with Suresight hand-held refractometer.Results The ratio of abnormal refrangibility were 21.22%.The abnormal rate decreased gradually as the age increasing and the rate of 3 years old group decreased obviously.But the abnormal rate of 4～5 years old group tend to increase.Most of refractive error were astigmatism,occurring 19.16%,but astigmatism decreased with the age increase.The spherical diaopter and the cylinder diopter decreased with the age increase.The referent value of all aged groups were gained.Conclusion It is necessary to check the children＇s refraction,to find latent problems,to prospect the developmental trend and to offer evidences for early intervention.
