| 摘 要： | 目的：观察疏郁散结汤治疗女性乳腺增生病的疗效。方法：将260例乳腺增生病患者随机分为治疗组140例和对照组120例，治疗组给予疏郁散结汤治疗，对照组给予乳癖消片治疗，30d为1个疗程，1个疗程后进行临床疗效统计、症状评分及电化学分析。结果：治疗组痊愈99例，显效26例，有效11例，无效4例，总有效率为97．2％；对照组痊愈45例，显效32例，有效22例，无效21例，总有效率为82．5％。两组总有效率比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。两组患者治疗后症状评分比较差异有显著性（P〈0.01），两组患者治疗后血清E2、P及LH水平差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。说明治疗组在临床疗效、症状评分改善及对血清有关激素的影响方面优于对照组。结论：疏郁散结汤治疗乳腺增生病疗效显著。
