长江路地区1994至2005年病毒性肝炎疫情监测分析

目的分析12年来长江路地区急性病毒性肝炎的疫情动态，为完善防制措施提供依据。方法对通河街道、庙行镇1994至2005年急性病毒性肝炎疫情资料进行统计分析。结果长江路地区急性病毒性肝炎发病总体上呈下降趋势，庙行镇急性病毒性肝炎发病率虽高于通河街道，但其发病率下降趋势更为明显；本地区急性病毒性肝炎发病血清分型在上世纪90年代以甲肝为主，近年来以乙肝、戊肝为主；除丙肝外，各型肝炎发病均男性高于女性；发病年龄以20岁及以上成年人为主。结论地区急性病毒性肝炎防制应采取综合防制措施，在巩固儿童甲、乙肝疫苗接种的基础上，加强成年人的预防控制，建议在成年人中推广乙肝疫苗接种。

Monitoring report on epidemic situation of viral heptitis in Chang Jiang Lu Region from years 1994-2005

Objective To analyse epidemic situation of acute viral hepatitis in Chang Jiang Lu region during recent years for providing basis to perfect preventive measures. Method To perform statistical analysis on materials of epidemic situation of acute viral hepatitis from years 1994 to 2005, in Shanghai Tong He neighborhood and Miao Hang Town. Results The over all invasion of acute viral hepatitis was in trend of decline, although morbid ity of acute viral hepatitis in Miao Hang Town was higher than in Tong He Community, but trend of decline was more obvious in 90 years of last century, there was mainly with invasion of hepatitis A in this District. In recent years, there were mainly with hepatitis B and E; except hapatitis C, the incidence of other types of hepatitis were in male more than in female, the age of invasion were mainly adults aged 20 years and over. Conclusion To pre vent acute viral hapatitis should take comprehensive preventive and control measures to extend immuno inoculation for hepatitis B in adults is suggested.
