平喘汤治疗儿童支气管哮喘30例

目的:观察平喘汤治疗儿童支气管哮喘的疗效。方法:治疗组30例给予平喘汤口服,对照组15例给予氨茶碱治疗,2组均治疗10 d为1个疗程,随访1月。结果:治疗组临床控制6例,显效14例,好转7例,无效3例,总有效率为90.0%;对照组临床控制2例,显效6例,好转5例,无效2例,总有效率为86.7%。治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计意义(P0.05)。2组患儿在痰改善方面比较,治疗组显效20例,有效8例,无效2例,总有效率为93.3%;对照组显效4例,有效8例,无效3例,总有效率为80.0%。治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计意义(P0.05)。结论:平喘汤有较好的定喘功效,治疗儿童哮喘疗效可靠。

30 cases of pediatric bronchial asthma treated with Pingchuan Decoction

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Pingchuan Decoction in the treatment of children bronchial asthma. Method： 30 cases in the treatment group were given Pingehuan Decoction oral, 15 cases in the control group were given aminophylline, 10 days for 1 course, followed-up for 1 month. Results： In treatment group, 6 cases got clinical control, 14 cases got remarkable effect, 7 cases improved, 3 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 90.0% ; while in the control group, 2 cases were clinically controlled, 6 cases were markedly effective, 5 cases improved, 2 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 86.7%. Treatment group was superior to control group, the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. In the sputum treatment, 20 cases got remarkable effect, 8 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective, the total rate was 93.3 % ; while in the control group, 4 cases got remarkable effect, 8 cases were effective, 3 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 80.0% , the treatment group was superior to control group, difference has statistical significance （ P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Pingchuan Decoction has good curative effect, which is reliable for the treatment of pediatric asthma.
