| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨全息针灸和按摩疗法对脑瘫患儿粗大运动功能的疗效。方法:按纳入及排除标准选取脑瘫患儿78例,根据入院顺序及家长意愿分为治疗组53例、对照组25例,治疗组采用全息针灸和按摩结合运动疗法及理疗,对照组则采用运动疗法和理疗。结果:治疗1个疗程(3月)后2组患儿粗大运动功能较治疗前均有所提高,治疗组优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:全息针灸、按摩疗法对脑瘫患儿粗大运动功能有明显改善作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the effect of holographic acupuncture and massage therapy on gross motor function of cerebral palsy children.Methods： 78 cases cerebral palsy children were selected and divided into treatment group and control group according to the criteria and exclusion criteria and to the order registered in hospital and willingness of their parents.53 cases were into treatment group,25 cases into the control group.The observation group was treated with holographic acupuncture and holographic massage combined with exercise therapy and physical therapy,while the control group applied the exercise therapy and physiotherapy.Results： After 1 course of 3 months,the gross motor function of the 2 groups were improved,and the treatment group was better than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion： Holographic acupuncture and massage therapy can improve the function of gross motor of cerebral palsy children significantly. |
