| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨椎体成形术联合骨肽治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的临床效果。方法:43例胸腰椎骨质疏松性骨折患者在常规口服非甾体消炎药及钙剂,适当补充维生素D基础上,以经皮椎体成形术联合每日注射骨肽的方法作治疗。采用VAS评分法、疼痛缓解程度和ADL评分评价治疗效果。结果:治疗后4周、半年患者VAS降低,症状改善,ADL降低。与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:经皮椎体成形术联合骨肽治疗胸腰椎骨质疏松性骨折疗效显著,能有效缓解骨质疏松性骨折疼痛。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the efficacy of percutaneous vertebroplasty and ossotide in treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture.Methods: 43 cases of patients with thoracolumbar spine osteoporotic fracture were treated with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and calcium and vitamin D by conventional oral method,and then treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty and ossotide.The effect was evaluated by VAS(visual analog scale) and Pain Relieving Degree and ADL.Results: After treatment for 4 weeks and 6 months,VSA and ADL scores decreased and symptom improved.Differences were statistically significant compared with before treatment(P< 0.05 for all).Conclusion: Percutaneous vertebroplasty and ossotide in treatment of thoracolumbar spine osteoporotic fracture,which could relieve pain and achieve effect sigificantly. |
