金双歧、蒙脱石散联合儿宝颗粒治疗婴幼儿腹泻疗效观察

目的:探讨金双歧、蒙脱石散联合儿宝颗粒治疗婴幼儿腹泻的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将50例患儿随机分为2组,对照组口服金双歧及蒙脱石散,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用儿宝颗粒。结果:对照组总有效率68.18%,治疗组总有效率92.86%,2组比较差异有统计意义(P0.05),且治疗期间均无任何不良反应。结论:金双歧、蒙脱石散联合儿宝颗粒治疗婴幼儿腹泻能提高临床治愈率,且安全,无不良反应。

Curative effect analysis of infantile diarrhea treated with Live Combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Tablets, Dictahedral Smectite Powder and Erbao Granule

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Live Combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Tablets, Dictahedral Smectite Powder and Erbao Granule in treating infantile diarrhea. Methods： 50 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, the control group were treated with oral taken Live Combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Tablets and Dictahedral Smectite Powder, while the treatment group on the basis of the control group treatment were additionally taken Erbao Granule. Results： The total effective rate of control group was 68.18% , while that of the treatment group was 92.86%. The difference between the 2 groups had statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ） , and during treatment there were no adverse reaction. Conclusion ： Live Combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Tablets, Dictahedral Smectite Powder and Erbao Granule combined treatment of infantile diarrhea can improve the clinical curative rate, with security and without adverse reaction.
