| 摘 要： | 参阅近年来中医及西医早期干预哮喘的相关文献,从吸入糖皮质激素、白三烯受体拮抗剂、免疫调节剂、联合用药及中医药5个方面进行综述,介绍了近年来哮喘早期干预取得的主要进展。今后研究的重点应从中医学整体观和治未病思想出发,以机体整体调控为切入点,对哮喘进行早期干预。 |

| Abstract: | The review is made from the reference of related literature about early asthma intervening in recent years, inhaled corticosteroids, leukotriene receptor antagonists, immunomodulator, combined medicine and traditional Chinese medicine. The main progress of early asthma intervention in recent years is introduced. Future research should focus on Chinese medicine holism and preventive treatment concept, start from the whole body regulation to make early asthma intervention. |
