Experience of competitive employment to the director of nursing department

Performing competitive employment for selection of directors by the means of equitableness and equity is one of the important measures in the personnel system reform.This article sums up the author's own successful practice and experience in participating competitive employment.The author proposed that the competition speech is very important in competitive employment.In the preparation of the competition speech,the candidate should definitude the duty and responsibility of the position,make a thorough investigation of the current situation and demands and collect related information to broaden the ideas,and the speech should focus on the concrete measures.Furthermore,the author put forward some tips in making the speech,such as adjusting own mentality,performing appropriately,impressing others by affective language,persuading others by practical contents,and wining others by new ideas.
