| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CT引导下经皮穿刺活检对胰腺癌的诊断价值。方法 2012年1月至2013年11月共对20例胰腺癌患者行CT引导下胰腺原发灶或肝脏转移灶穿刺活检术,分析穿刺活检的敏感性及临床价值。结果所有病例一次穿刺成功率100%。20例(23次)中穿刺诊断恶性病变18例,敏感性90.0%(18/20)。无严重并发症发生。结论 CT引导下经皮穿刺活检对不可手术切除的胰腺癌诊断价值高,且安全可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of CT-guided percutaneous puncture biopsy on patients with pancreas cancer. Methods 20 patients with pancreas cancer were performed pereutaneous puncture biopsies 23 times under CT guidance. The biopsies were performed in pancreatic tumors or metastatic liver tumors. The sensitivity and clinical value were analyzed in all cases. Results The successful rate of puncture was 100%. 18 patients were diagnosed as malignant by puncture biopsy （90.0%）. No serious complication occurred in all biopsies. Conclusions CT-guided pereutaneous pancreatic biopsy is an effective and safe modality for confirming the pathologic diagnosis on patients with unreseetahle pancreatic cancer. So it is worth of promotion. |
