肾病综合征患儿免疫功能测定的临床意义

目的研究肾病综合征（NS）患儿T细胞亚群、白细胞介素-2（IL-2）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）及白细胞介素-8（IL-8）在肾病综合征（NS）患儿中的水平变化及其临床意义。方法分别采用流式细胞仪直接免疫荧光法和特异性酶联免疫吸附实验检测30例体检健康者,30例NS发作组和32例NS缓解组患者血清中T细胞亚群和IL-2、IL-6和IL-8水平及其动态变化。结果NS发作组T细胞亚群均明显高于正常对照组（P〈0.05）及NS缓解组（P〈0.05）,NS发作组IL-2、IL-6和IL-8水平亦明显高于正常对照组（P〈0.01）及NS缓解组（P〈0.01）,而NS缓解组IL-2、IL-6和IL-8水平与正常对照组无显著性差异。结论研究提示肾病综合征（NS）患儿存在明显的免疫功能紊乱。

Clinical significance of determination of changes of serum immunity function in pediatric patients with nephrotic syndrome

Objective To investigate the significance of the change of peripheral T-cell subsets,lL-2, IL-6 and IL-8 levels in nephrotic syndrome（ NS） patients. Method The T-cell subsets,L-2,IL-6 and IL-8 levels in 62 nephrotic syndrome and 30 normal controls （NC）were determined by direct using flow cytometry and enzyme linked immunosorbent assays（ELISA） . Results The result showed the levels of Tcell subsets in nephritic stage （ n = 30） were higher than those in nephrotic stage remission （ n = 32, P 〈 0. 05 ） and those in NC （ n = 30, P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the levels of IL-2,IL-6 and IL-8 in nephritic stage （ n = 30） were also higher than those in nephrotic stage remission （ n = 32, P 〈 0. 01 ） and those in NC （ n = 30, P 〈 0. 01 ）. However, there was no difference of IL-2, IL-6 and IL-8 levels between nephrotic stage remission group and NC group （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion The study suggested that nephrotic syndrome exited immunity disfunetion.
