| 摘 要： | 目的建立反相高效液相色谱法测定心脉通分散片中葛根素的含量。方法色谱柱为Hypersil C18 5μm,4.6 mm×200 mm,流动相为甲醇-水(23:77),流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为250 nm,柱温为30℃。结果葛根素进样量在0.08528～0.5117μg(r=0.9999)的范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.57%,RSD=0.99%。结论该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于心脉通分散片的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the method of determination of Puerarin in Xinmaitong-Disper- sible Tablets. Methods The chromatographic conditions included Hypersil C18 column （4. 6mm × 200mm, 5μ m）and the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water （23：77）. Detection wavelength was at 250nm. The flow rate was 1.0m]/min. Column temperature was at 30℃. Results There was a good linear within the range of 0. 08528 -0. 5117μg for Puerarin with r = 0. 9999. The average recovery was 99. 57% （ RSD = 0.99% , n = 6 ）. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used of for the quality control of Xinmaitong - Dispersible tablets. |
