杜仲叶绿原酸的微波提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的研究杜仲叶绿原酸的微波提取工艺,优选最佳提取条件。方法以绿原酸提取率为指标,考察了提取溶剂、溶剂倍量、辐照时间对微波提取工艺的影响。结果杜仲叶绿原酸的最佳微波提取条件为∶水为提取溶剂,溶剂倍量9∶1,辐照时间120 s。结论在此条件下,绿原酸提取率为2.98%。

Abstract:Objective To study microwave extraction technique of chlorogenic acid from Leaf Eucommia and choice the optimum conditions of extracting technigue.Methods Regard yield of chlorogenic acid as index, microwave oven was used,sum up factors of extracting solvents,solvent ratio,extracting time on effects of extracting process.Results The optimum extraction condition is as extracting solvent water with solvent ratio of 9:1 and extracting time for 120s.Conclusion In this extracting conditions,the yield of chlorogenic acid is to 2.98% from Leaf Eucommia.
