青光眼滤过性手术联合丝裂霉素C19例临床观察

摘    要:
目的 :在青光眼滤过性手术中单独一次使用丝裂霉素C[1] (MMC) ,减少滤过泡瘢痕化的形成 ,提高滤过性手术成功率。方法 :手术采用以穹窿为基底的结膜瓣 ,做 4mm× 4mm三角形巩膜瓣 ,将浓度 0 .4mg/mlMMC棉片放置在结膜瓣及巩膜瓣下 2~ 5min取出 ,0 .9%生理盐水冲洗术野 ,按常规完成滤过手术步骤。结果 :术后眼压控制成功率为 88% ,低眼压发生率为 16 % ,低眼压性黄斑病变发生率为 8%。结论 :青光眼滤过性手术联合MMC ,可以减少滤过泡瘢痕化的形成 ,延长滤过泡功能 ,降低眼压 ,提高滤过性手术成功率。

Abstract:
Objective: To evaluate the glaucoma filtering operation combined with mitomycin.Method: The filtering operation is finished as routine with 0.4mg/mml cotton slice placed under conjunctiva and sclera flap.Result: Postoperatively,the controlled ratio of intraocular pressure is 88%,hypotony is 16%,hypotonous maculopathy is 8%.Conclusion: The filtering operation combined with MMC not only can decrease the scar of filtering bleb,lengthen the function of the filtering bleb,lowered intraocular pressure,but also can increase the successful ratio of filtering operation.
