护理干预对外周置入中心静脉导管置管术后术肢局部皮肤过敏疗效的分析

目的 研究护理干预对外周置入中心静脉导管置管术后术肢局部皮肤过敏的疗效。方法 回顾分析2016年3月~2017年10月在我院行外周置入中心静脉导管置管术后术肢局部皮肤过敏的50例患者临床资料，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，每组25例。对照组给予常规护理治疗，观察组在常规治疗基础上给予护理干预，观察对比两组患者有效率及满意度评分。结果 观察组治疗总有效率100.00%，高于对照组84.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者满意度评分（98.25±0.23）分，高于对照组（79.43±2.62）分，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 临床外周置入中心静脉导管置管术后术肢局部皮肤过敏患者，在常规治疗基础上给予护理干预，可有效提高临床治疗效果，提高临床护理满意度，值得临床推广和应用。

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Local Skin Allergy after Peripherally Inserted Central Catheterization

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on postoperative partial skin hypersensitivity after peripherally inserted central catheter.Methods The clinical data of 50 patients with local skin hypersensitivity of limb after central venous catheter insertion in our hospital from March 2016 to October 2017 were analyzed retrospectively.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing treatment,the observation group was given nursing intervention on the basis of routine treatment,and the effective rate and satisfaction score were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than that in the control group 84.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction score in the observation group was(98.25±0.23)points,which was higher than that of the control group(79.43±2.62)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with localized skin allergies in the limbs after clinical peripheral venous catheter placement are given care intervention on the basis of routine treatment,which can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect and improve the clinical nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
