近十年针灸治疗原发性痛经的临床研究

针灸是治疗原发性痛经的有效方法之一。文章对针灸治疗原发性痛经从不同针灸疗法、不同的针灸刺激量和针灸不同时机介入等三方面对原发性痛经的良性影响进行总结。笔者认为应探索以上三方面对原发性痛经的治疗效果，以期为临床针灸治疗本病提供更多技术支持、更规范的可操作的针灸刺激量、更佳的针灸介入时机的规律，进一步探讨其作用机制可能是针灸治疗PD下一步的研究方向。

Clinical Research on Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Treating Primary Dysmenorrhea in Recent Ten Years

Abstract:Acupuncture and moxibustion is one of the effective methods to treat primary dysmenorrhea.This paper summarizes the benign effects of acupuncture and moxibustion on primary dysmenorrhea from three aspects:different acupuncture and moxibustion therapy,different amount of acupuncture and moxibustion stimulation and intervention of acupuncture and moxibustion at different times on primary dysmenorrhea.The author believes that the three aspects of the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea should be explored in order to provide more technical support,more standardized and operable acupuncture stimulation and better timing of acupuncture and moxibustion for clinical acupuncture and moxibustion,and to further explore the mechanism of action of acupuncture moxibustion on the next step of the treatment of PD.
