2008 - 2015年贵州省学生肺结核疫情特征分析

目的 分析贵州省学生肺结核疫情特征。方法 收集贵州省2008 - 2015年“结核病管理信息系统”登记的肺结核病例资料进行分析。结果 2008 - 2015年贵州省共登记治疗学生肺结核22 407例，年均登记学生肺结核2 800例，年均登记率为32.06/10万。全省学生肺结核登记治疗的高峰集中在3月、4月、5月，从空间分布来看以毕节市登记治疗的学生肺结核患者最多，占全省学生病例总数的29.85%；全省学生肺结核男女之比为1.30∶1，主要集中在15～19岁这个年龄段，占59.58%。新涂阳学生肺结核患者平均治疗成功率为95.78%、复治涂阳学生肺结核患者平均治疗成功率为92.72%。结论 2008 - 2015年贵州省登记治疗的学生肺结核总体趋势较为平稳，对重点地区、重点年龄段的学生应加强防控。

Analysis on the epidemiological characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis among students in Guizhou province from 2008 to 2015

Objective The aim of this study was to analyze the characteristics of TB in students. Methods We collected the pulmonary TB (PTB) registering data from the Tuberculosis Management System in Guizhou, and analyzed the distribution of registered PTB in students. Results A total of 22407 cases of PTB cases in students were registered from 2008 to 2015, with annual registration of 2800 cases, and an annual registration rate of 32.06/100 000. The month with the most students TB cases were March, April and May. The prefecture with the most students TB cases was Bijie, accounted for 29.85% in the whole students TB cases. The ratio of male to female TB was 1.30:1. The majority of TB cases was around 15-19 years old, accounted for 59.58%. The treatment success rate of new smear positive cases was 95.78%, and retreatment smear positive cases accounted for 92.72%. Conclusion From 2008 to 2015, the Guizhou TB epidemic in schools had a steady trend by year and we need to further strengthen TB control in schools.
